Professor at Universitat Ramon Llull
Oscar Mateos is a Professor of International Relations at the Blanquerna School of Communication and International Relations (Ramon Llull University) and coordinator of the GLOBALCODES Research Group. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB, 2012).
He was a visiting professor at the University of Sierra Leone (Fourah Bay College) from 2006 to 2008 and visiting researcher at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS, University of London) in 2008. He is currently an associate researcher at CIDOB and Delegate of the Dean of Ramon Llull University for the promotion of the 2030 Agenda. He has published and edited several books and articles on conflict analysis, post-conflict peacebuilding processes and development challenges, mainly focused on Africa.
